Okay so we know that no matter what you put the voltage at , it will not volt past 3.7 on the lava tube. When using dcc with tanks.

So my question is, why is it that every site i go to, only sells dual coil cartomizers for tanks?
Wouldnt they know to sell other types of cartys for the tanks?

or am i missing something here.

Hi Dusty,

The only thing I can think of, is that they didn't know. Which is weird....like nobody did their homework?

I have scratched my head over this subject too. Does not make sense to me. Even weirder is that they expect you to use it on an eGo batt too.. I don't get that either!

Yeah right?! I love the dual coils, but I consistently find myself wanting more from it at 3.7. It ROCKS with dual 3v batteries for a 6v vaping experience but a bit too much to use all day. They would be perfect at 4.2 - 4.5, but nothing pushes enough Amps to get them to work at that level.. So, yeah! I don't get the 1.5 or 1.6 ohm dual coils.

Now, the higher ohm ones, yes! With the right VV mod, you could make them sing!!

Yep me too. to light of a vape at 3.7
I just got this lava tube today from Phillipe (DevilphishPhil), and what a lugan I was. I was soo excited and impatient, that i filled a carty and tried to start vaping immed. I got billowing burnt plumes, in my lungs, up my nose. Bad move.
Then i let the juice seep, used a syringe. and Wow, i put one at 5 and it was the best vape I've ever had! just amazing and fun, and tons of plumes and th and flavor. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this thing.

There are quite a few tanks out that you can use regular sized cartos in, CE2 or filler type such as Boge. Nhaler sales VPX which take Boge and there are many others as well. I'm sure more will chime in with names as I'm not that versed on each but they are out there. Also you can use Ressurectors in place of DC as they are the same size, they are LR but not DC.

The Boge? or Smoke tech?, and your just putting a hole in them, as mentioned by C.Chalie?

and whats the best method to put a hole in them? the only thing i have is a hammer and a nail. lol

Thanks!

I use the tanks and 2.0 Ohm carto's from Madvapes with my lavatube at about 4.2 volts and it rocks. Good throat hit and clouds of vapor.

I just buy the 2.0 ohm prepunched they sell. I don't measure voltage or any of that type of thing, I have just tried different ones until I found what I like. I swear the combo is great on my lavatube. Tank Replacement Dual Coil Cartomizers, 2.0 ohms

Aaaaah', okay I gotcha ya.

Thanks!

I bought the 5ml chrome endcap tank with the 1.6 ohm carto on sale for 9.99 earlier this week from madvapes, but really prefer the 2.0 ohm carto. The tank looks really nice and after searching and trying different carto's over the past few months, this really seems to be the best combo I have come across. Vaping to much as a result lol.
