LavaTube with dual coil carto's

I notice in some lavatube review that folks were noticing the voltage would drop to below 3.7 with dual coil cartos, which i have favored in the past with my tanks. Has anyone had success vaping the lavatube with dual cartos? I mean with a 2 ohm tank set up wouldnt we like to run between 3.9 and 4.2?

It depends what version of the Lavatube you get Bulldog, the newer incarnations
have a higher amperage and can handle the DCs at greater voltages.
