Does anyone have any suggestions for a carry case for my Lavatube + tank? I always feel nervous having this badboy in my pocket.

The large ego cases (lots of sites sell them) are just the right length for a tube and 2 tanks. Not long enough for the entire thing assembled, though. You'd probably need to go the lanyard route for that, unless you still think fanny packs are socially acceptable 
Yes...I have an ego case that works well for my Provari and Vector Varible Volt. I also put tanks in with it. Also e-cig city in Laguna Beach Ca, stocks a knitted sock like case that I use for my VV devices and tank. It is simple but looks great and works well at protecting my devixpces.
Thanks for the recommendations. They all seem basically the same as the Volcano case, so I might as well get that one since my LT is Volcano.
Provape sells a hard plastic waterproof case that fits my LTs with tanks and drip tips attached. It's also findable on ebay for around $5. CigarCaddy.com makes or imports them. It's the two cigar model.
Downside is that it's a bit big for pocket carry. Works great for packing your tube away in luggage. Mine has the LT w/ tank attached, a spare tank, and a spare 18650 battery.
