Week 2 vaper here. Just spent several hours of intimate contact with my new iTaste MVP 3.0, and am realizing something important to me: the days of my wistfully abandoned sweet-tooth have passed, due to the magnificent vapor. 
For those that aren't aware, LCHF (low-carb, high-fat) or the ketogenic diet involves abstaining from more than a low percentage of carbohydrate consumption in the diet relative to overall calorie consumption. This means, essentially, no bread, pasta, or potatoes, and absolutely no sweets, sugars, or sweet fruits. Imagine my delight when realizing that I could spend a few hours gorging on 'Nana Cream or Snake Oil - a binge that I would normally only allow myself every couple of months - without discernible dietary impact!
Hail the vape! Any other low-carbers in the community with which I might rejoice?
