Leakage Issues

All my TW units...510, Tornado, SD901 have leakage issue.........is it really about just blowing out the atty, end caps or what is the answer

One of the best things you can do for your tank setups is to get silicone tank caps if you haven't yet. They work like a charm!

Blowing out an atty won't necessarily make it stop leaking. Can't really give you any more advice if you don't tell us exactly what models you have!

Welcome! They can leak if you over fill or use to thin juice. Sorry I can't be more helpful than that.

Blowing out the atty and starting over will help a lot. It's already primed so a couple of drops should do it. Thicker juice helps too. 5-6 drops to prime a dry atty then 2 drops to top off. If you have thick juice you can drip less often with more drops. You'll learn your perfect sizzle sound and know when to add juice soon. It takes practice. When you get the perfect hit, hold you PV to your ear and listen as you fire. That's the sound you're after. If you're hearing a gurgling sound or the taste and vapor is off, you prolly have too much juice in your atty. Hang in there. You'll get it!
