I purchased a Kanger EVOD for my eGo battery but i'm having some issues. I've only used a DSE 901 before this, so i'm still fairly new to all of this. The issue i'm having is that a few times a day as i'm taking a hit from the ecig, it leaks liquid into my mouth. Not much, a drop or two, but obviously not what i'd like.

Is this normal for usage or am I doing something wrong perhaps? Its not leaking from the outside, only the inside.

I've taken this advice from others much more versed in all of this than I am and it has worked marvelously.
Every time I refill my evod I roll a tissue or paper towel up small enough to insert it in the drip tip as far as I can. Then I unscrew the base and blow through the part that connects to the battery. A little juice always comes dripping out. Then I screw the base back on, take out the tissue and attach to the battery. Since I started doing this I haven't had a single leak!
Don't know if this will work for you but it's worth a try.

Hmm... directly after filling, take the clearomizer and blow through the mouthpiece with a white napkin directly underneath. Did juice come out initially, then stop? If so, maybe it is your filling technique.

Then try putting it back on the battery and taking a couple pulls; take it off battery again and blow through onto a napkin. If more juice comes out... it may be your clearomizer.

Hope you figure it out.

Do you have problems with it gurgling when you take a pull? If its gurgling alot when you draw it is likely flooding and may need head/wick adjustments. If its not gurgling/flooding and its wicking properly you may try taking the white silicon cup that sits on the shaft on/near the wick and reverse it, concave (cupped) side up, then reassemble. This could possibly fix head/tube sealing issues.

I have some clearos that always seem to do this, and some that never do. I've had the best results with a Kanger T2. Been meaning to try the Evod, but haven't got around to it yet. This is good feedback.

I agree about the Kanger T2, it is my favorite...I have multiples and they are problem free.
