First Off I would like to say hi to everyone here on the halo forum

I purchased me & my wife a Triton starter kit each and some halo e liquids a little over 2 weeks a go

& we both haven't touched a cigarette since! we've been loving our halo liquids way too much :vapor:

Anyway a put in a second order straight after we received our first for some more e liquids, spare coils, battery's & extra tanks

& I have noticed that all the colored tanks I ordered are leaking - 2 blue & one red, My clear & smoked ones are fine

Has anyone else had this problem?

Good Morning! The tanks are exactly the same so i don't thing its a red or blue tank only situation, is there a possibility that maybe they just had an extra few drops of liquid and a bit leaked out? If not, maybe try contacting customer service and see if there is anything they can do. I know we don't take a returns on tanks but they may be able to have you check and see if there is any kind of issue with the tanks themselves.

the Triton Tanks are sometimes finiky, before you begin refilling your Tank make sure the center post is tightened (snug) they seem to come loose easily...just give it a turn with your finger & fill, and the little condom that sits on top of the post sometimes slips down a bit if you notice this just nudge it back up...also when you tighten your Tank back on your Battery be careful not to get it to tight...just snug, this will help keep the seal on the plastic to the base from breaking and to keep from driving the Battery post connector down.

Thanks for the fast reply's, I have checked them right over & it's definitely a manufacturing defect,
They are leaking from where the bottom metal ring meets the tank,
I'll contact CS & see what they can do - hopefully they can help with postage
Just wanted to know if this is a common problem or not
Probably just my luck Lol

Misohoni -- please let us know the outcome of your contact with customer service. Hopefully they will help you out, and it sounds like they should. You bought TWO starter kits, juice, and extra tanks TWO weeks ago from AUSTRALIA -- I would be very disappointed if this really is a manufacturers defect and they don't make it right. It's not like you bought a cheap Chinese knockoff and can't therefore expect a good product. I just bought two purple Triton tanks and a blue one - I will be mighty mad if in two weeks they leak! Just my opinion, of course!

Don't worry because Halo will make it right.

You will notice once in awhile there will be a little liquid leak thru and leave a bead on top of your battery.

Just clean it with a paper towel and blow thru the top onto the paper towel to get out any excess liquid.

There are many factors that will cause this to happen so I just keep that paper towel handy.

If you have a leak where you are losing liquid constantly, that is a problem and Halo has the best Customer Service, they will make you happy.

Usually I notice it tends to happen if I overfill or I need a new coil.

Like someone else said, when you take that tip off to refill, make sure you give it a turn to make sure it is tight.

It does sometimes loosen when you turn the tip to take it off.
