Sounds alittle painful

Just got my 510, put a new cartridge on.. few drags and these liquid coming out the end, it was a pre pack cartridge, has it just been over filled ?

Which way did you lay the 510 after putting on the cart? And did you press/pull it on/off (correct) or twist it on? Once I put (or used to put) a cart on an ecig, I would always set the ecig down with cart lower, then vape it with LED lower so hopefully if any juice leaked it would go to the atty instead of my mouth.

And just FYI - this is one reason people get tired of carts pretty quickly and move to cartomizers and/or dripping (dripping only recommended on manual batteries and I actually think refilling cartos is somewhat more likely to leak occasionally onto the end of the battery). Done properly neither standard cartos nor dripping will give you mouth full of juice the way carts can.

Best plain cartos for slim 510 are Boge 510 soft-cap cartos in standard resistance

Yeah, those cartridges suck. Pull the filler (that white thread like stuff) out and direct drip. Works way better. If you don't want to drip, like the other member said - use cartomizers. with those standard 510 cartidges, you can pull off the mouthpiece end, as well as another little black disk in the middle to help increase air flow. (or buy a drip tip).

Pushing is correct! Twisting can dislodge the stuffing and cause leaks or in extreme cases damage the atty.
