Without knowing what atty you are using, it's hard to say if you are vaping too high or not. I will assume you are using the stock 2.5 ohm atty. If that's the case, then honestly 4 - 4.3V should be ok. I do work at a B&M Vape shop so I do have some experience with this kind of problem. Generally it's either you have a bad atty or the wrong atty, the atty could be too loose or too tight, or you could just have a bad one. It's a mass-produced product, there is the possibility of a bad one. There is also the possibility that you have got a small amount of liquid in the inner tube, which can cause gurgling and will eventually make it's way into your mouth. In that case, I generally recommend removing the T3S from your battery and blowing thru it, with a towel or something underneath, and then using a swab to clean it afterwards.

My last thought on this issue is not meant to be insulting, but here goes: Are you sure you're filling it right? You aren't getting any liquid in the small metal tube right? I have seen some people think they are supposed to fill it from the top like it's an IClear16 that doesn't have a removable top. Good luck; hope something here helps. I'll check back or maybe somebody else will help you.

Hi builder. You may have already checked these, but I've sometimes knocked off the gaskets from either the base or the coil when I clean them. The first time this happened, I had leakage. Other than that, I have not experienced leaking with my Kanger MT3's. I did try a 1.5ohm coil instead of the 1.8 (my local B&M was out of 1.8's) and I felt like I got a slight burnt taste from some of my juices, so have stayed with 1.8ohm coils.

Hope you find the solution. Happy New Year and namaste.

Its just a kangertech t3s atty havent messed with it at all I havent messed with it except to clean out the tube or fill it. That was my first thought that I got some it it. Untell after I cleaned it up good and vaped some more then tipped it upsidedown and some poured out like it was going out of style. One thing havent been doing really is cleaning the grommet when filling. I did that and now its good to go untell it happens again I guess

Sometimes the silicon seal that's on the atomizer doesn't seal properly to the air tube in the tank on the t3s and mt3s. You can simply add another silicon seal REVERSED from the one already on the atomizer. The increased thickness of the bases of both atomizers creates a very tight seal. The outer wall of the added silicon seal will simply slip over the center air tube. Hope this helps.
