Hi All.
I am currently using an aspire vivi nova bcc on either my vamo 5 at home or ego c twist on the go. The juice j am currently vaping with it is a vanilla from Healthcabin. The aspire also came from there.
The aspire was great straight out of the box. But now after a few days it is gurgling and leaking. I clean it between each fill and pulled it apart completely last fill to check all seals etc. These all seemed okay.
Any ideas on what would be causing this?

leaking and gurgling are just two of the realities of vaping. if you manage to avoid either for an extended period of time...consider yourself lucky. it's pretty much a guarantee you will run into this bull.... at some point

is it just gurgling/spitting .... into your mouth or is it actually leaking onto your batttery?

It is leaking into the battery and from the bottom of the coil.
I've read the gurgling can be from vapour turning back into liquid where the drip tip connects, is this true?

i dont know

usually when this .... happens i just mail it in for the day and try again tomorrow. its frustrating as all hell. on the bright side, i smoke plenty of other stuff to keep me busy and satisfied through the day ;)

Haha. Cheers. It is frustrating. Guess its part of the joys of vaping. I stopped the other a couple of years ago after 20+ years so I can't console myself that way anymore

out of curiosity have you tried the usual remedies like tightening the coil and making sure the tank is not threaded too tightly onto the battery? the bottom thread of clearomizers will eventually stop sitting flush on your device and can move/shift/wiggle when touching the tank. this slight shift in the position of the clearo can move the atomizer into an undesirable position which may facilitate leakage

there are sooooo many threads on this topic and none give definitive answers on how to solve the problem. i believe the best thing to do is chalk it up to hit and miss on these products. there's really no guaranteed way of fixing it BUT you can always buy a new one. when the new one stops working the way you want it to you might try swapping the different parts in and out and see if you can bootleg something together that performs

and again, i can fully appreciate how frustrating this is to deal with

Part of the issue with clearomizers is the wicking and the amount of space where the wick lays. When I was using EVODs and then doing my own coils and cotton wicks, the loud gurgle went away, but you will hear it still. Its vaporization you are hearing. Not hearing it and then no vapor production means dead battery.

Leaking, on the other hand, is when wicking is too much or too big a space where the juice and wick meets. There shouldn't be any space seen where the wick shows. Too much juice is now flooding the area where the coil lives. All you can do when you can't take the tank apart is: wrap the tank in paper towel, then with the bottom end away from you, shake several times. You should see juice in the paper towel. Take a few pulls before putting back onto the battery to see if that worked in clearing the leak. If not, you'll have to break the tank down, was it and inspect the wick and coil area, making sure there's no space where the wick shows...

The other posters have pretty much covered this, so I'll just add that I feel for you! I went out today for the morning and part of the afternoon and my tank, which had been vaping like a trouper before I left, pulled a tantrum. Leaking, gurgling--you name it. So here I am, trying to follow my wife and kids as they browse through the garden section at Home Depot, trying to fix my tank with some napkins I had in my pocket. After about twenty minutes, I through in the towel and had to wait until I got home.... :( Oh well, it happens to everyone, so I guess it was my turn this time.
