Leaking Protank. HELP A (SORTOF) NEWBIE OUT PLEASE

I mistakingly purchased two knock off protanks. Both of them leak onto the battery centerpin. Is there any way to fix this? Ive tried, keeping it full, flipping the rubber gasket, adding another gasket, adding another wick. NOTHING seems to work. I even tried to screw on a real kanger atomizer and it STILL leaks. What else might I try?

I had no problem out of my knockoff/name brand Kanger Evods so I am not sure why this is happening.

Doubt this is it since you tried a new head, but make sure the o-ring is present that sits on the bottom of the head at the top of the threads there:

Otherwise leaking is typically due to the wrong wick setup for the juice you are using. Some people need flavor wicks, particularly with higher PG.... if using high VG, flavor wicks usually need to be eliminated. (FTR if it's leaking, flipping the silicone cup on top would only make it worse.)

Leaking can also be caused if the draw is too tight for the person's vaping style and so they are sucking too hard to hit it, which pulls in more juice and can cause flooding.

So what type of juice (PG/VG ratio) and how is airflow?

I'd stand it up on a square of paper towel for a day or so and see if its leaking, then its a atty problem and if it doesn't then like said before could be a too tight or too fast of a draw and pulling liquid down.
Since some heads is so cheap on the wicking..those flavor wicks are too small and short, use a cutoff piece of fatter wick from a old top coil atty and have it stick out some from the sides and tuck it into the base some out of the way of the threads or put the 2 stock wicks offset so some wick does stick out each side.
If your planning on using protanks in the future then ordering some 1 and/or 2 mm silica to use as flavor wicks and swap with a new one after you dryburn the head clean is a good idea. Its what I do and my protanks, T3's and puritank and have only a spot of juice ontop the battery connection.

I have 3 protanks and they all have a tendancey do the same for me when they heat up. Im using a 1.5 ohm head. I just try to let it cool down then vape anf repeat. Is it happening all the time or when the tank is laid on its side or if it gets warm? By chance have u taken it apart to clean it and forgot to put the layer of silica back in? Just tryin to help srry for the questions
