I have been vapeing for 5 months starting with 510 and progressing to Ego tank system and love it, totally off fags. Problem leaking . After changing atteys, batteries cleaning, blowing etc I have found the only way I can manage is to remove the tank and vape directly from the attey when a leak occurs, I do this until it starts to dry and then reattach the tank, remembering to keep it over 1/2 full at all times.In this way I don"t waste juice. Hope this is helpful, I do think the manufacturers could solve this problem, lets hope they do so.

have you tried the rubber cap instead of the plastic that would go on the bottom of the tank?
Hey Judyann, I'm fairly new to the tank system, I recently started using the Janty JETS. I really like it and haven't had any leaking issues as yet. Just wondering if you are sure the bottom cap is secure, or if you have just tried another tank to see if you continue to have the same problem?
This problem was solved in the cilinder (type "B") Tank, which can hold 2 ml of juice. The cartridge is much tigther.
Thanks. I use the EGO T. with the transparent tanks, I have changed tanks often but still get the leaking problem, I make sure they are secure, still they leak.
I use the magma tanks from Volcano, which are smaller than the ego style I believe and they haven't leaked for me yet
I know the problem you are experiencing and have found that so far the best method to keep it from leaking is a slightly higher amount of VG in my juice up it by a 5% notch if you can bump the flavor up at well. If not, i find that it doesnt leak if i refill once i can no longer see juice in the window of the tip.
