So I just posted yesterday about how much I love this device, but today after five full days of no noticeable leaking I am loosing a lot of juice. I'd say that with every cart fill I am probably loosing about 1/4 the cart. It's not leaking into the mouthpiece so none in the mouth but it's definitely leaking into the atty compartment. I've tried a few different carts with the same result today. When I pull them out the outside of the cart is covered in juice. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? I love the performance but I'll be burning through a lot of juice like this.

Are you sure it's juice and not condensation from the vapor, since the vapor goes around the bottom of the cart before it's inhaled. When I pull my cart out to refill, it too has a lot of moisture on the bottom of it. I tried tasting a bit of it and it only faintly tastes of the liquid I'm using and I get no mouth sting that I get from straight liquid. I just wipe it down with a tissue and keep going.

What I'm thinking about the amount of liquid used is (and I'm far from an expert on this subject) that the liquid is being used more effectively. Every time you take a drag, the wick uses a bit of liquid to keep the atty constantly saturated. You're not waiting for a filler to slowly wick liquid down to an atty bridge and down further to the coil; and unless you've got an empty tank, you're not taking drags from a dry atty.

That's what I think, anyways. I've been wrong before.

Yeah I did note the condensation at first but today I noticed that I was going through a good bit more juice in about the same vaping time as I had the first few days. I am definitely getting juice on the outside of the cart. It seems like the fit on the spike that pierces the cart is not tight enough and so juice is leaking through the hole. There is no doubt I am going through juice much faster than I was at first and I am using the same juices.

I read/watched some reviews that people have not had too much problem re-using the carts on these, I have only had mine about 4 days, no problems yet. Will definitely post if I run into the same issues. I mean at some point, these are bound to leak I would think? They are plastic after all, but in that short of a time frame seems kinda quick to me.

I have had the T for a couple of days, and I would describe it as more of a "drain" than a leak. When the juice gets down to a certain point, it starts dumping the remainder of the juice into the atty. Now you have juice everywhere, including the airways in the cart and the air holes down by the bat, which makes the draw really hard. No choice at that point than to blow it all out, clean up and refill. I have avoided this mess by refilling the cart before it's empty. Sure you have to refill it more often, but I'd rather do that than to deal with the flooding mess. When I can't see the juice in the window anymore, I start flipping it upside down occasionally to see where the juice level is at. The moment I can see the top of the juice level (upside down, ie battery up), that's when I pull and refill the cart (pulled out upside down of course, as it still contains juice). Haven't had a flood since doing this.

I'm getting loss of juice when the tank is about 25% full if I keep my eGo vertically. It leaks a lot less if I lay the eGo horizontally when not vaping. I love these things when they work as they're supposed to but I'm going thru two to three times the juice I used to, especially when I get the spillage.

I also have reasonably consistent problems with leaking, and it is definitely more than condensation...I'm using a dark coloured juice at the moment and I can see it leaks into the mouthpiece and if I draw on it I get the juice in my mouth (mouth sting).

I've had some success with using a needle to very carefully make sure the wick is straight in the atty 'spike' and not touching the sides (as much as is possible), but to be honest I think it's more to do with the lifespan of the plastic tank. I've been reusing a couple for a few weeks now (I don't vape that much - evenings only) and it's starting to get a little silly. I'm going to start a new tank and I'll let you all know how I get on...

I've had the same problem and pretty much fixed it by taking out the two plastic inserts at the mouthpiece of the tank (I am not clever enough to figure that out by myself, I read it in another thread on the forum). Before I did this, two out of my 3 attys would dump all the juice into the atty for no apparent reason, it didn't seem to matter which tank I used or if I poked out the 'chad' or filled them through the bottom, or with a syringe, they just dumped juice everywhere. I was also regularly getting juice in my mouth. After taking out those two pieces of plastic, the only time I get a leak now is if the tank is less than 1/4 full.
