I had trouble with them leaking in the first few days I had the unit

Turns out I was pulling to hard when I draw and was flooding the units ( same with the fluid in the mouthpiece )

I started drawing much lighter, and longer to get the vapor I wanted, and have no more of those kinds of problems.

( however after cleaning the tanks too often, I found I would get more juice in the mouthpiece so I only clean them now when I am having a specific issue with one ) I just wipe them off and re-fill them now.

I have had similar issues but I have found causes/solutions for each

1. Tanks leaking - I have found this to be related not to the tank but rather to juice in the atty which is spread along the sides during the process of putting the tank back into the atty. Some of the tanks have a tighter fit than others, and if the tank is lose I just throw it away as they are cheap. An alternate fix is one layer of teflon tape around the tank if the fit is really loose this should stop or at least minimize the leaking. The only down side is each time you refill, you need more tape.

2. Juice in the mouthpiece - Sitting here looking at my two clear tanks I can see just a tiny bit of juice in there. If I pop the mouthpiece out of the top of the tank and rinse it out, making sure I allow it to dry afterwards the juice is gone, however I don't ever recall the juice actually making it to my mouth at all.

3. Mouth Piece popping out - If you bit the tank about half an inch from the top, the mouthpiece will pop out every time. You can see the horizontal line on the tank itself which is where it takes the least pressure to pop it out from. I haven't had it happen but my girlfriend got a surprise the other night in the hot tub when she was using "my precious" which is what she refers to my eGo as.

I carry mine in my pocket, lay it down, and all the other things you should probably not do and I have only noticed a leak one time, and that was a very small amount. Overall I don't think it leaks any more than my normal carts.

How do you mean, around the tank? i think you're saying if the tank itself is loose. But what about if the leak is at the atty/wick or the diaphragm part of the tank? Has anyone found a solution? Thanks!

I pre-puncture new tanks and remove the 'chad'- wipe ejuice off the top when refilling before replacing. Put the tank in slowly as you can create a pressure system which blows the wick out of the spike, but make sure the tank is fully seated. Use the hole to refill instead of the taking the cap on and off. Don't blow into the mouth piece with the tank on the atty. I remove the baffle just below the end piece - so it doeesn't trap ejuice. Power vaping will heat it up and lose viscosity - I have others that I hit during a vaping session, so they cool down some in between. Avoid thin ejuice. I vape DIY Decadent Vapours - VG platinun ice (nic base)+ VG (80:20 VG:H2O) + flavorings. So 'all VG', but have vaped 75:25 PG:VG without a problem. I don't carry it close to my body...

I believe what you are seeing in the mouth piece of the tank cart is condensation build up. The atty get really hot, especially if it is a LR tank atty. To help reduce the condensation in the mouth piece, remove the two little pieces in the tip. I promises you, juice can not get in the mouth piece. To test this, make sure your cart is seated properly in the atty, turn your PV upside down. You can keep it upside down and not juice will get in the mouth piece. I also believe removing the two little pieces in the tip will help cut down on the condensation that builds up around the outside of the cart that is in the atty. It's a good idea to take your cart out in between refills and wipe the moisture off from the cart.

I've noticed that the draw will become harder after time, and the harder you draw, the chances of getting juice up in the air passage increases. ..usually for me it's a signal that the atty needs to be cleaned...most of the time I just soak them in some vodka, but we just picked up an ultrasonic cleaner that I'll try next time....
