Leaky aerotank mega

Guys,

I have an IPV2 Mini with Aerotank Mega. The tank keeps leaking and the juice ends up at the air hole and the contact. Anyone knows what I can do to rectify this.

I'm using the prepacked coils. How do I know if it is the wicking?

Prepacked as in the occ? Wicking problems usually are spitback, leaking and burnt hits

Well I experienced all 3. And to add to the list, today while vaping, the tank got so hot. And was only vaping for a couple of minutes.
Last night I dismantled everything and wiped. And aft it got heated today, there was leakage again at the airflow hole.
