I have a Vivi Nova 2.5 and noticed it seems to be leaking juice out the bottom of the post.
Filled it twice half way before bedtime. Woke up and most all juice was gone. Took off of my battery and noticed juice on the top of my battery connector.

Anyone know of a way to fix this, or keep it from happening. I do NOT think I have it screwed on too tight as I barely tighten it down when screwing it on.

I have the same issue with my Nova. Have a look at the tank and see if the seal (o-ring) of the tank is as it should be. When you unscrew the top to fill the tank, check that the coil is thigt and the plastic cover is where it is supposed to be. Turn the tank upside down. Put the bottom part where the top part is and vice versa. Also check that the tank itself hasn't changed shape, it happened to me. My tank was not round, but a bit oval.

One major issue I had with that tank was that the silicone tube at the top would get distorted as I screwed the top cap on, leaving a gap where fluid could seep into the center post and get the connector wet. It drove me batty for a while because I kept looking for a leak on the bottom thinking that it had to be there since the connector was what was getting wet. Take the drip tip off after you scree the top cap on and make sure that tubes sides are flush with the cap, creating a seal that won't let fluid get into the center post. If it's crooked, use a screwdriver to hold the silicone tube in place while slowly screwing the top cap on and stopping to nudge it into place if it starts to travel. Hope this helps.
