this comment crossed me earlier, in another web forum, that I've been member of for about 10 years...

I live 17 miles north of Detroit. I have not yet, in my lifetime, seen a Zombie. Seriously.

This was in a thread titled, "Anecdotal Zombie Sightings" .... I want to know if anybody else here has encountered zombies where they live?

I was considering taking one of those zombie-defense courses but, the threat hasn't materialized yet, in this region at least. I hope for my sake that I'm not getting lazy about this because there might be zombies roaming this area... looking to eat flesh and whatnot.. I've just been sleeping a lot lately.

what about you ?

A little off-topic, but I wish my neighbours WERE zombies so I could legally put multiple bullets through their heads. They LOOK like zombies. Is that good enough? No? Hmmm. Guess I'll just have to wait for somebody else to make a little "ooopsie" mistake. Sigh.

I have your answer. Ask them a question that the answer to is BRAINS. Then shoot them. It will hold up in a court of law! ;)

well the CDC has recommended that everyone needs to be prepared for any and all disasters including zombies so a defense course doesnt like a bad idea. honestly why would a government agency say to prepare for a zombie attack if they have not made or encountered at least one zombie? i myself have got a few swords and guns, food and water, some solar panels, and a few more essentials ready. plus the same things you would need for zombies is also the same things needed for other disasters so its all prepared for.
