legal in MA?

okay so i live in CA but i am from MA. i have tons of family memebers in mass who smoke who tried quitting many many times. so i wanna suggest vaping to them. but i am not sure if it is legal in mass. i think i heard somewhere it was, but im not sure.

also when i go home to visit i dont wanna get busted having one, heh.

Go to casaa.org you should be able to find the info you are looking for there.

From what I read there it is legal in Mass. But I think there are some cities where it is illegal to vape inside in public (like resteraunts and grocery stores.)

Shouldn't matter if it's legal or not..

Chemo therapy is legal, it ***ks up people's lives worse than cancer itself.
