What town are you in and what do you need?
I have DIY stuff and need to make another 4G VG order soon.
thanks alot, but I just got a reply from DIY E-liquid Supplies. they will ship to MA. Back to making my own juice again I guess. not gonna be NET but its better than buying 3mg nic juice locally

Try Stixx Mixx. I diy, and use their NET flavorings. In fact, their American Virginian is all I really use, and it's great. They'll probably ship to you.

how does that work? I get something shipped to them, and they ship it to me for a fee?

No, it's very similar to a PO Box in that except that it uses a street address, not a PO Box and you go and pick it up. It's not the Post Office and their business is renting boxes. You don't need all that mucky-muck to get one and they are not too terribly expensive either.

Kinda scared about this too as it's about to be banned in California. Not sure what to really do, tbh. This is basically the black market we're living in now.. people are going to resort to this instead of buying real manufactured vaping products at vape shops. Might be better if you're doing it yourself.. but you never really know who you're buying from and it's going to just be "word of mouth". As nice as some of my experiences have been, no one knows who's going to get a bad batch of something or what's in this stuff people are making in their homes. This is what the governments trying to stop - yet they're making people resort to it.

Possible injuring their lungs from someone who may not be doing this right.

Simple answer for anyone who can resource the nic is start buying nic now before the tax gets passed. The rest of diy supplies will be available after deeming and bans. Concentrate on gear and nic for the present. This is just the way I'm seeing it atm. I'm more concerned about shipping restrictions coming before deeming. I simply cannot get all I feel I'll need if I don't have until May/June.
