Can the FDA prohibit e-cigs and juice from being domestically manufactured, or just from being imported?
In which states have they actually banned the sale, advertising and use of ecigs. I know I have seen a lot of proposal but dont' actually know which ones have received bans.
How does this affect those states. How would this affect a supplier in those states.
Hold on a sec, just had a thought.. Right now we're in the jurrisdiction of FDA, but if nic juice is classified as a tobacco, then we fall under ATF, is that so much better? I can just imagine these thugs busting into some DIY home and busting people for making their own juice, or manufacturing mods.
I mean, you can't make your own gun or alcohol, can you? (legally)

It's my understanding that you can make your own alcohol, you just can't sell it without the proper permission and tax collection.
Only beer and wine. It's still totally illegal to distill your own hard liquor, even if you don't sell any.
Pretty good, actually. Few people distill their own liquor these days, but that's only because the government has kept liquor taxes low enough so that it's not worth the time or trouble to distill your own liquor. If the government jacked up liquor taxes as high as cigarette taxes, I think we'd see a flourishing black market. How's that working out for the government?
