With proper pressure on the bottom pin it should easily make contact with that center post.

No offense, but I think you are playing with fire loosening that center post screw.

Sounds like the center pin on your mod is not high enough to make good contact. Can you adjust that instead of messing with the atty?

Its a spring loaded 510 so i thought that should be making connection with the pin.

Well sorry about that, seems the old and new Lemos are different so I was giving you useless advice.

There's a really long Lemo 2 thread. Maybe someone there could help you. You can find it if you search for Eleaf Lemo II, use title only in the search .

I saw some people talking about similar problems to yours on page 52. I'll copy in post 1031 which might help. There was some more stuff about the pin on the same page.

########

I have had inconsistencies with the Lemo2 & its 510 pin. A quick thing you can try is remove the base and use something like a chopstick to push out the 510 pin and the insulator. Wash both off, they may have juice stuck to them. Also clean the area where the 510 insulator goes into the base. Use the chopstick to reseat the 510 insulator. You will know it is seated because you can't push it in any further.

Now the important part.... Re-attach the base to to the atomizer before putting the 510 pin back in. Lightly push it in. It will make a plop type sound when it is seated. Do not force it or hammer on it or anything.

I don't have either of the mods you mentioned but with an SX Mini that has a very strong 510 pin I have to periodically remove the Lemo, pull the 510 pin out about a little bit and re-attach to the mod. The tension in the Mini's 510 connector seats it perfectly when I do this. It seems like too much pressure on the 510 pin on the Lemo2 is what gives erratic resistance / misreads. (At least for me.)

I will look into that thread thanks. I've been trying to get in contact with eleaf but that's been hard. Haven't been getting any responses back from their support team.
