I have been having a slight problem with my new Lemo 2 leaking from the area that the arrows in the photo below points to.

Obviously, juice is getting in between the airflow ring and the base of the atomizer that the airflow ring rotates on.

This does not happen after filling the atomizer after it has been cleaned and a new coil and wick installed. It happens after vaping it for awhile (at least an hour or more).

All I can think of is that there is a seal between the airflow control ring and the base of the atomizer that the ring rotates on that is not sealing properly. (however, the ring does rotate very smoothly with the correct amount of resistance).

Anyone else have this little problem?

Thanks,

I have that issue with several tanks that feature through-to-the-base airflow. The Delta II and eGo ONE Mega spring to mind. I don't think this is a leak. Instead, I think it is condensation... a fact of life for vapers, I am afraid.

That is, unless you're have large amounts of e-liquid pour out and all over your mod. In that case, something is very wrong...

Shawn ... thanks for the input

No, it does not leak all over the place. Maybe the word 'weeping' would be better to describe it, but nonetheless, it still gets the top of the mod where the Lemo 2 connects to slightly wet over time.

This is not from improper filling either. In fact, I get no juice out of the airflow holes after re-filling. I just get this slight leaking / weeping of juice over time, but I still need to unscrew the Lemo 2 off the mod every once in awhile to wipe off the juice.

And it's not condensation either ... it's straight e-juice.

There is a small o-ring between the bottom base of the Lemo 2 and the actual build deck section (they do screw together), but that is not the problem. In fact, I replaced that little o-ring with the spare that came with the extra parts provided ... nope, that has nothing to do with the problem I have.

Well, this juice that is seeping from the bottom of the Lemo 2 is obviously going down the air hole just below the coil (that air hole is part of the large hollow screw that attaches the coil post to the build deck) .... That screw is shown in my 2nd photo with the red arrow pointing to it.

It's just the design of the Lemo 2, and I can't see that anything at all can be done about it.

Oh well ....

Quite a few different tanks have that same design like the gs air tanks, ego one and evic vtc mini tanks (the original ones and the new tron tanks) the new to the market TARGET ceramic cCELL tank... and I experience this problem of eliquid leaking from the same bottom of air control area you show on all of them.
