Darn. Well that wasn't the issue. Just filled it to even a little less than that and it was working but about 20 mins into the tank the leak occurred. So weird. When I tip it upside down the liquid all goes back into the tank too. Then I have to blow it out the drip tip. Then it works flawlessly after that. Frustratng

Take the tank apart and run your finger around both ends to ensure there's no damage. Inspect both ends of the tank section for clear o-rings. Inspect small chimney section for black o-ring at top. If all those are okay then might want to take a look at your wicking technique, but it sounds like a missing o-ring.

Ok so I took it all apart. My hunch was maybe the black oring was chewed up a bit. Took that off and noticed when stretching it a bit there looked to be some torn areas. Micro but they were there. So I replaced the chimeny oring. So far its WORKING!!! I am hoping that was it!

Anywhere to get replacement orings for these?

Someone had posted these are the replacement:
    $1.56 Silicone O-Ring Seals for Atomizers (50-Pack) 50-pack - 8mm*6mm*1.0mm(OD*ID*W) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
I have not had to buy any yet, so you may want to check the dimensions.

Your Lemo should have come with some spare o-rings both clear and black, some post screws, and a few silicone plugs. If you didn't get any spares you might want to reach out to the vendor you bought it from, most reliable vendors want happy customers and will bend over backwards to help. If that doesn't work try a hardware store (a real one, not Home Depot/Lowes) and ask them for an identical o-ring.

I got the Lemo Drop 2 weeks ago and just as the OP says, worked great for the first 2-3 changes of cotton, and now leaks about 1 ml or less. It's just at the centre pin on the inside. No leaks from the silicon plug. I've checked all the o-rings, white and black and they're all intact. I do fill right up to the brim of the tank, using a small 10 ml hangsen bottle that has a nozzle small enough to fill the tank. It does force the liquid into the tank. Could that be causing a pressure build up in the tank and thus causing a leak? Earlier I used a syringe for the refilling and did not have this leak issue. Was hoping to figure out if the OP ( Baums) has sorted out the leak problem and if there is a fix for this. Thanks!

question for the op: did you use the same coil when re-wicking?
saving the coil was something i did for a while but noticed leaking when the coil was spent or when the liquid seemed to taste fine but the cotton had had enough.
i find myself replacing the whole build every 7-10ml and have really reduced the amount of wasted liquid. it is also more enjoyable overall.
overfilling was also an issue for me. when the lemo (v1) is turned upside down i always fill it about 1/3 full, which always seems really full for the lemo or lemo drop.
