Lemo rta help?!

I bought a rta lemo tank and it was working perfectly, great airflow and taste. I replace the coil and cotton, everything was running smoothly. vaping at 1.8 ohm resistance then all of sudden the airflow jammed up. It's such a tight draw I can't even hit it. I've literally tried everything. Took everything a part. Rebuilt another coil, opened the airflow valve, made sure everything was in place. What's happening? Can anyone help? Thank you

A Lemo one? The airflow valve is a brass pin under the 'skirt' you may have cotton debris stuffed in there. I had lots of trouble reassembling. Don't recommend if you're skittish about things like that.
You may try losening & a hard boil.

Can try poking a wire through the air-holes and try to free up whatever might be stuck in there
