Haven't been around in awhile because I was happy with my mods. Didn't really have money to keep buying new mods and just went with what I liked. So within the last 2 months.
1. My Legacy started acting weird. The button even in locked mode fires sometimes. I pretty much stopped using it because a few times it was firing in my pocket. I do have a spare button but that button seems to be completely frozen. Meaning it won't lock or unlock or even press down to fire anymore...not really sure whats wrong with it, I've taken it apart and couldn't figure out why it won't work. With puresmoker being gone I don't know if I could get a new button anywhere or if anyone knows any tips to fix it? I may have to start using the Legacy mod again and I'll explain why going forward.
2. My main mod for awhile now has just been an EA. I like it and it never gave me problems until last night. I went out of town and took the EA with me of course. Well mid way through the night the firing button went shooting out of the mod. I'm unaware of exactly what is missing. I have the pin but the spring is def gone. The pin itself looks like theirs a slice in it like a locking washer is what kept it locked into the mod. So my question would be is there anywhere or does anyone know the sizes of what spring and washer I may need to fix the mod? Or is it toast?
3. So since I've packed away my Legacy for awhile now. I wanted a backup to the EA just in case. A few weeks ago I picked up an inexpensive Chi_you clone under the impression it had the tubes for an 18500 battery since they are really the only battery I use everyday. It doesn't fit that size battery.....So if there's no solution to the above 2 questions, whats out there now that inexpensive and of decent quality that fits an 18500 battery? I was just going to order a couple clones that fit 18500 batteries unless someone knows a better option. I don't want to spend a ton of money and I looked through the classifieds already.
