I do not have one yet to experiment. They are enroute. However, at 4ml, I would probably suggest the old drip method or syringe.

The Leo Cartomizers are going fast. So if folks haven't pre-ordered theirs already, it's a good time to do it before they're all sold.

I filled a leo cart yesterday eve with a syringe rather than dripping. Took about 3ml before it was pretty saturated (it already had some in there). I'm sure I could have fit more in had I let it absorb for awhile, but I was eager to use it. I used it all last night, even went out for a celebratory drink and used it there. I'm STILL using it now, and it's still putting out great vapor. To top it off I'm using 100%PG. I will experiment with some PG/VG mix next fill.
