Yes, have had them and seasoned right I rather like them, but don't buy that often.... the meat doesn't stay together well I am guessing because of the lower fat content....
I've done that and it does work better. You can also use some kind of binder to help with the turkey. Can't think of a binder now though.... lot of help I am, huh? Maybe bread crumbs???
It's too hot to cook down here (gets too warm in the house) or at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it. I love to grill but again standing by that hot grill is just too much for me.
