Thanks..... I sometimes think it is only luck when they get something right. I'm currently arguing over "waived" activation fees.... At least the reps are pleasant to speak to......

Well, I was promised one thing then I see the bill and that "thing -- activation fees" is not waived. My word against theirs... Wonder who will prevail? I think steam is coming out of my ears.....

No, I'm not very confident and I should have made the salesperson send me something to verify what they promised. Those darn fees are just "fluff" to the companies and it adds up big time I'm sure.....

Got one here for garbage pick up that has a habit of not sending a bill. Then next time around they'll get for big time with late fees. I try to remember to pay it (it's just every three months) so I tend to forget. Irritates the crap out of me!

I guess it is a universal problem. Maybe it's just the way I'm wired but if someone tells me something I expect follow through. Without that your word or promises are meaningless. Do these companies just think I'll ignore the fact they are not keeping their word? Wow, am I on a tear today.......sorry about that.....
