Coal and Nuclear both have problems. ... It is a false dilemma
I would choose the development of alternative energy sources like wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, tidal&wave.
There is more energy available than we can utilize, by far. No single choice is the correct answer. Using ALL sources, and further developing their technology IS.

Tough choice. Since you've relegated wind and solar (unnecessarily) to supplemental status.

Nuclear.

Night person or Morning Person?

I can, and for good reason. I support all possible options; what's left out of the Politically Correct equation is fusion, hydro and tidal - all of which can be further improved. I don't object to wind and solar, but they don't produce GigaWatts of electricity in a reasonably efficient and practical manner; not yet anyway. If we all want to run around in electric cars, we need large power plants - fossil or nuclear are the only two existing options at this time.

Night Person, all the way

Best Guitar God: Hendrix, Page, Beck, Clapton, Townsend, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eddie Van Halen, Harrison, Gilmore, or Knopfler?
