With you there Luma. And my first clear memory was when I was 3 and my nursery school burned down. It was connected to the elementary school across the street from my house, and burned at night so no trauma or anything, but I can remember thinking I was big stuff because we got to be in the "big" kids rooms until they repaired it. Also remember the excitement of being chosen to be "Miss Mousie" in our "Froggy went a courting" play, only to find out it meant that I had to sit on "Froggy's lap". A boy I detested.... such is life!
