I would definitely buy a 14500 Slim. Like others, I don't use my Slim so much because the battery doesn't last me long.

+1 for a side button version, but I would buy one with the button at the end.

If we're making requests, mine would be for a SS replica of the GGTS mk1 with brass end caps and the exact same dimensions - still the best looking mod ever made IMO. :2cool:

...The spring I always put inside GGs is long enough to take any difference that batteries have but if you notice my springs are 2 ways. If you put it in the opossite way it gets even bigger for even shorter batteries K2

Imeo, can you clarify? My new SS GGTS has a spring, but I can't tell the difference between one end or the other.

The one end is bigger than the other Wylie. If you screw it from one end it goes deep. If you screw it from the other end more of it stays out of the axis. Try it and you will see:)

Wow! It worked! I'm not sure how, but it does...

I had an 18490 battery which was just a hair too short. Turning the spring around made it longer and now my battery fits perfectly! Of course you were correct, but I still can't tell why it works.

Thanks!

Well I have to say that I have become a 18500 junkie. I use AW only P18500's or AW IMR 18490's in all my PV's.

Everyone has their "sweet spot" on battery size vesus charge length but to me this is the best length to get a good compact length and a really good vaping time.

I know this is a 14500 thread but I had to throw a plug in for my fav's. At least they are the same length as the topic is referencing! :D

GGTS already works great with an 18500. 'Slim' is great, but the life on a 10440... I personally think a 14500 version of the Slim would be a sweet small PV.

Certainly can't argue with that! And I have to be honest, "slim" is highly subjective. I recall my first fat batt ego types and I felt like I was holding a baseball bat. Now, when I have to have something ultra-concealable for "just cuz I can" stealth vaping like the doctors office, those same fat batts feel like toothpicks!

If Imeo makes it, you can bet I'll have to have a 14500 GG as well. And yes, I have come to agree with our MIA friend UKTarget's sig line: "A drug habit would have been cheaper" but God I love this GG stuff.

It truly is addictive! :)
