Let's SOLVE the Ego-T leaking problem!!!!

I've been using eGo for about 6 weeks, quickly going through 510 atomizers, Type-A tanks, and now on Type-B tanks. Both the tank systems are wonderful IMO but the type B is my go-to because of the volume and better flavor over the type-A.

So with that briefing out of the way lets commence.

My idea: A screw on cap instead of snap on. With the screw on bit being near the mouth-piece and not at the bottom.

Sure this will sacrifice some tank space but let's face it: I lose about 1/3 of my tank due to leaking. I don't think the volume capacity will suffer greatly w/ screw on as apposed to snap on, but even if the capacity was 1/2 that of the original version, that is alot better than 1/3 of it being wasted. 30ml bottle provides 10 refills to a 3ml tank losing an average of 1ml per tank makes your 30ml bottle effectively 20mls for the price of a 30ml.


So my question is this: Where can I have this tank(mod?) made? I by no means have the skill or equipment to make it myself.

If you poke a hole in the bottom of a 1 gallon container what happens? It leaks until the neg air presure sucks air into the hole in the bottom and then it continues to until neg air pressure again sucks air in. This will repeat until the container is empty. Now what happens when you remove the cap on top? No neg air pressure to suck air in through the hole. All the liquid runs out the hole faster than if it were capped.

Same problem with what you propose, if you have a screw on cap for filling, what is going to stop the juice from flooding the coil and then out the bottom of the battery connector?

Easier to flip the ego upside down then remove the tank and refill. Insert upside down and them flip over. I have no idea how you are doing it to loose 1/3 of the tank.
