I am new to this. I ordered HV 12mg juice from Nhaler. I love the vanilla carmel & cherry coke! My problem is that I don't think the nicotine is high enough. I still crave analog cigarettes like crazy! I went back to Nhaler to buy some more of these HV flavors in bigger bottles with higher nicotine and they only come in 12mg. :( Now I am searching for some good tasting juice with higher nicotine. I am almost out of juice (except for my vanilla coffee). I really love these other 2 I have in the sample bottles! Why doesn't Nhaler carry these with higher nicotine? I checked the other kind he has, and I don't see these flavors.

Ah Chocolate, the eternal quest. sigh.

I've tried 3 different "chocolates" from people selling Dekang liquid (litecigusa, cignot, heaven-gifts): all exactly the same, none of them tastes anything like chocolate. They taste like sugary perfume with a slight hint of a warm candy *scent* of something in the chocolate family.
MEH!

I ordered Chocolate and Chocolate Caramel from DIYflavorshack- again: meh. No perfumy taste but they taste like tootsie rolls, if you consider that chocolate. Angelique mentioned MyFreedomSmokes chocolate tasting this way as well, I believe because both companies mix their liquid using Lorann chocolate flavoring, which I personally don't care for.

Johnson Creek Chocolate is nicest so far I guess, though it's not exactly realistic. It's darker and a lot less sweet. Perhaps worth a try.

Nick (grimm) recommended thehouseofvapor.com goldlabel cocoa to me but I haven't gotten around to trying it out yet. He said it was a darker chocolate flavor- sounds promising.

As for tobacco- the closest I personally have ever gotten to an analog (I smoked Marlboro Ultra Lts) was when I was vaping a cart of Ecopure Regular and dripped a few drops of JC Original on the atty. I was surprised to find that once I'd found an analog taste... I no longer cared about finding it.

So I'd suggest getting a few different cigarette flavors (Kent, Marlb, etc) and mixing them by dripping to see if anything comes close.

Shasta.. Instead of buy all new juice for the low nic problem.... You might want to get some empty dropper bottles ( like 3 or 5 mil ) .. get you some flavorless higher mg nic juice..(say you have twelve.. get some 18mg/ml) - you can get this from DIYflavorshack or JC might have some. Then, play around with mixing .. keep a record of how you mixed it using a cc or ml syringe to measure each in. Once you find the strength you are looking for.. then, your there. I mix my own from scratch after ordering from DIY and dawn is simply great to work with. Her flavors are the closest I have found to the real thing wether it is tobacco flavors or candy flavors.

I would recommend for a good start, if you decide to mix.
Take your 12 mg.. measure about 1` ml of it into a 3 or 5 mil plastic dropper bottle... Then, get you some flavorless 18 mg nic juice .....
1 ml 18mg to 1ml 12 mg- would give you 30 mg juice
.5 ml 18 mg to 1 ml 12 mg- would give you 21 mg ( roughly)
Just play with it until you find your match!!! vape away

What tastes like a real cigarette?

None of them taste exactly like an analog/cig... However, a cig isn't sweet, nor does it have a strong/specific background flavor...

As I said, I've found Winston and Benson and hedges to fit this closest... Dunhill - Kent( slight sweet hay background) and cubin cigar(strong/dry), to also fit in this catagory but, they have a more specific background flavor...Where as the winston and B&H don't, which also makes them really nice for using as a base for mixing with other flavors...

(I had seen the marlboro in 36 mg..but they had something against my winston lol)... As for vaping 36 mg... If you arent sensitive to it..It's perfect for the first few months of quitting anaologs and not be sucking on your PV like it's a pacifier lol..And thats what my cousin needs right now...

I have bought liquid from several suppliers and tried all marlboro, camel, 555, state express and just regular tobacco flavoring. The best juice I have found was from Totally Wicked USA. I know it is a little bit more expensive but for my money I will continue to order it. One of the best tobacco flavors is Camel. I use marlboro alot. These are the closest I have came to regular cigarttes. I have tried numerous flavor but I didn't smoke analogs for fruity flavors so I don't want to vape these flavors either.

Hmmm okay so maybe I am looking for good Parliament flavor and got discouraged too easily...:) thanks for the leads!

Oh, and to the OP, RockyMountainVapor also has 36mg Marlboro (no Winston though); just noticed that while browsing.

(And you know, I think I was naively stunned at the number of people vaping "super-high" liquids like 36mg at first. But when final exams roll around, I dunno if I'll be so stunned anymore by those levels...)

I'm finding as time goes on and I get further from my former "smoking self," I am not as drawn to the Parliament flavor as I was in the beginning, though I still love it and occasionally really need it. It lacks the sweetness that I'm learning to like in other tobacco flavors like RY4 and 555... both of which I'm now really loving.

I was a bit worried about starting with the 36mg but in retrospect I'm glad I did. I loved-loved-loved to smoke my Parliaments. The 36mg was what I needed to kick the analogs, and it is still what I need to stay off of them. I am starting to phase in some 24mg juices now, and even some that are lower (NHaler's Pear Lung 12mg is fabulous for late-night), but I still prefer the 36mg in the mornings and after dinner. I've decided that I'm just not going to worry about it; I haven't had an analog in five weeks thanks to the 36mg!

I always keep a Parliament 36mg carto on hand for sudden nicotine cravings. It's the only thing that really works for those times.

so when mixing different strengths, you add the strengths together and not average them? I would have thought a 1:1 of 18mg and 12 mg would have yielded 15mg....Then again I sucked in chemistry LOL but I am looking forward to mixing my own soon..Only been vaping for less than a week, and have been smoke free for 4 days now

Your math is correct. 1:1 will be a straight average.

Congrats on 4 smoke-free days!

I have Winston 36mg. I got it from MyFreedomSmokes. It tastes so much like real tobacco that it's now one of my least-favorite flavors because it's got that authentic harsh tobacco taste! Go figure. I keep it on hand for nic-fit emergencies.

In the beginning that strong/harsh tobacco experience was exactly what I was looking for, but now I just want the tasty stuff!

This is correct. 15mg.

Dig it. :) I'm still in my vaping infancy but I can see that I'll start trying new flavors right away. I've ordered clove and watermelon, just waiting for them to get in. My favorite tobacco flavor is 555, bar none. That stuff's great!

I haven't done enough studying yet to get a handle on this but I expect I'll start mixing my own flavors sooner than later. I'm sure there's a ton of info in this forum, and I'll get to it before long, but I wonder what your recommendations are for DIY supplies?

Thanks for any ideas, and I'll keep studying too.
