Great thread! I'm discovering (the hard way sometimes) that just because people are raving about half a dozen new vendors or flavors, a good amount of them get their five minutes of fame and dissapear into obscurity fairly quickly, here on ECF, anyway.. Some of the older ones I've tried are tastier than a lot of the much hyped recent arrivals. Volt has a damned good RY4 and 555. I have yet to see any of their juices mentioned around here since I started vaping eight months ago. I'm glad some of my friends who have been vaping for awhile have shared some of their old favs or I'd have never found them.

I don't know how sleepy this is, but one that really blew me away lately was halo's shamrock. I have tried multiple chocolate mints, including the most expensive one ever from 5p, but halo blows them away. There is something in the chocolate mix.. it tastes realistic.. not tootsie pop or vending machine hot cocoa. I think they must be doing some.wizardry with molecules because it doesn't smell as good as it tastes. It hits the nose and tounge in totally different ways.. its kinda freaky, really. Imagine smelling turpentine but tasting spun sugar.. it just shouldn't be.. but yet, it is. Such is halos shamrock.

Another one wayyyy off the beaten path..that I found by chance, as it was part of a juice lot I bought here on the classifieds... the bobas bounty clone from Catskill vapor. It tastes absolutely nothing like bobas, but it does taste almost exactly like legendary from mountain oak vapor.. which legendary won a spinfuel award for being so awesome. And I concur, its awesome. But Catskill can be bought for I think, $15 for 120ml.. or some crazy price like that. I doubt I will ever repurchase this as there is a lot of controversy regarding the legitimacy of Catskill.. but, knowing that juice like this is being made, by a relatively unknown vendor, for a price next to nothing really makes you think. Actually makes me paranoid.. like should I be trying all the cheapies? Idk.. You just never know, until you know.. you know? Lol.

I've been vaping for four months, have tried juices from my share of vendors (AiV, HHV, Vapealicious, etc.) But my goto vendor is DarkestDayVapors. He has a relatively limited selection (maybe fifteen flavors or so) but there's something about them that I just keep coming back to. I've now placed four orders and will be placing another soon. Heck, I don't even bother sampling the ones I haven't tried yet - I just order 30ml because I know I'll love them. They're unique and different from anything else I've tried (and very very good).

If I could only suggest three, they would be 'Shai Hulud' (sp?), 'Vampire's Kiss', and 'Red Ape'. They are supposedly 'tobacco/blackberry', 'strawberry/champagne' and banana/caramel' respectively but they don't really taste like that to me.

(Sorry I can't give a better description - I'm not good at 'picking out top notes' or being able to 'catch a faint whiff of cinnamon on the exhale' or any of that stuff. I just know what I like. :) )

That's how I feel about Indigo Vapor...especially their tobacco blends. I'll order straight away without sampling because I've liked everything I've tried so far.

If my life was threatened and I had to pick only one e-juice, it would be Pike's Peach from Obsidian Vapor in Castle Rock, CO. I don't see them talked about much on here. Their line of MT Dew flavors are all spot-on too!

Holy Cow! A store in Castle Rock! That's too cool...but bad bad bad for my pocket book. :(

Do they have a storefront? I always get my Peach from Texas Select Vaper's. It's spot on Peach. I need to try Obsidian's peach if you say it's good. BTW TSV has some really excellent e-juice, I highly recommend them to everyone and have had no complaints.

puresmokers karma scotch. it's been my daily vape for the majority of my vaping since I started vaping. I try others from time to time and still trying around just because I want to add variety, but it's always a great go to flavor for me and I've never seen anyone ever mention it. it's a very good caramel butterscotch. maybe just a little boring after years of vaping it, but then again only after years of vaping it :)

No store front, they didn't want to invest until the FDA crap shakes out. You can order online and arrange for a local meet-up to avoid the shipping. Jason's a really great guy and very easy to deal with. :2cool:
