I know taste is subjective. But beyond that, what type to taste do you like and why?

It seems as tho I liked what I can describe as a heavier taste. This may have changed as I have not been vaping a lot recently (due to insufficient devices and a lack of my fav juice). But What I mean by this is tastes that would be more fattening in real life. Creams/ deserts and such. I also liked the complexity of fruit, spices and crust in grandmas apple pie. The crust gave it the "more full" or "heavy" aspect. At the same time I didn't like what I considered lighter flavors, fruit and mint.

So do you have a type of taste that you aim for? Or is it more then that for you?

Flavors that I like in general...
--Non-sweet or slightly sweet tobaccos
--Bakery type flavors with blueberry
--Non-sweet or slightly sweet coffees
--Chocolate based candy or bakery flavors

Flavors that I don't like in general...
--Menthol or mint flavors
--Any fruit flavors whatsoever
--Any flavors that are too sweet
--Cream based flavors

I have found some spice type flavors that I like and some that are too much.
And chocolate mint is the one exception to NOT liking mint or menthol type flavors.

EDIT: While this is similar to what I like to eat, there are some pretty big discrepancies.
EDIT: For instance I love to eat really sweet things, and I also love mints.

i like flavors that have a few layers to them, but also prefer "lighter" tasting juices.
using my current vendor "light" flavors equate to a lot of fruity flavors, but i would really like to get my hands on some lighter fragrant flavors (herbs, jasmine, etc).
i don't really like heavy baked good flavors, but something lighter tasting with a pie crust is pretty awesome.
i've only once ordered something spicy (spiced apple cider), and it's been doing a lot of sitting. though whenever i pick it up i love it.
my liquid supplier offers additives such as amber and apple peel to their tobacco blends, and on my next order i've been planning to getting a plethora of samplers for two blends they offer.

I love complex flavors too. If they are too one note... they almost seem bland, if that makes sense. I would love to try some spice flavors. What vendors do you get them from?

i get my liquid from the guys at gentlemen's reserve, but they use the tasty vapor flavorings. the spiced apple cider that they do is really nice.
vaporium offers this one juice : Vaporium.ca — ELIXIR Zen ELIXIR , which i would love to try one day.
i've also been keeping an eye on the stuff at virgin vapor, and she offers a decent price on jasmine flavored liquid. i would also try her blue violet. i'm just really uncertain if i order some it'll make it across the border to me.
but i agree on one-toned flavors being bland. i set aside all the flavors i wasn't crazy about and was just using up, and they were all one-note flavors. bleh, boring.

I'm struggling to find flavors I like. A lot of the fruitier flavors I have smell and taste very artificial. I'm not sure whether this is because they're too concentrated or not. I usually vape Canadian Gold from nifitnation, whistlers peak menthol tobacco and I have actually found a pretty decent sweetish, fruity liquid by the name of strawberry cheezkake from Juggheads. One thing I have definitely found is that usually if I like the smell of the juice I'll like or tolerate the vape. I have some flavours I obtained from vapables dot com over a year ago in feb 2011. The following juices still smell and taste like chemical waste to me!! No amount of steeping has saved any of these:
 - Base PG/VG 90%/10%
 - Sample #1 Bubblelicious
 - Sample #2 Juicy Froot
 - Sample #3 Black Cherry
 - Sample #4 Green Apple
 - Sample #5 Belgian Waffle

Ok chemical waste is perhaps a bit strong, but the green apple smells exactly like the washing up liquid we are using right now! The Belgian waffle to me tastes like inhaling a kilo of butter from a hot tar roof! I'm not sure what I expected but the bubblegum flavours are as artificial as they come, and smell potent as hell! The others aren't much cop either. I have no doubt that some people would love these horrid juices though! Taste and smell are completely subjective as we all know!

I am looking for and experimenting with some really subtle flavours, I have a very highly tuned sense of taste and smell that is only increasing as I no longer smoke. I find that pg and more so vg are sweet off the bat. Adding oodles more flavoring only makes things worse. Anyone out there in the same boat as me looking for or have found some subtle, natural non chemically tasting juices? I'd love to hear from you... Especially vendors in Canada!

None of the juices I ever try taste chemical to me. So I might not be the biggest help. Does Virgin vapors ship to Canada? Hers are all organic.
