From that page you link to they use a lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide (LiNiMnCoO2) cathode. I could not confirm that from LG. If it's correct and I don't have any reason to doubt it, they are quite safe.

Here's a comparison of a bunch of these high mAh batts.

10 amps will get you up to about 20 watts just fine.

"VV" means your battery device is a regulated mod, so that it has its own built-in protective curcuitry against shorts to keep you safe. High drain batteries (not the same term as high capacity) is a tip off that they are safe chemistry (as opposed to ICR protected batteries). A battery which has manganese in the chemical makeup makes it a safe chemistry battery, too.

!0 amp continuous discharge rating is probably adequate for a high wattage mod, but 12 amps continuous is recommended by most high wattage mod manufacturers.

Any of the batteries below in bold will be good for you. AW has updated their batteries with more mah and amps, which are always a safe bet as long as you buy from a reputable dealer like RTD Vapor, Illumination Supply, Orbtronics, or Lighthound. Beware of fake AW batteries on the market which may be old/used or inferior quality batteries that are re-wrapped to look like genuine AW.
