Hello, back with another noob question.

I usually charge my batteries at around the 2 of 5 battery mark, when i put them in my nitecore the voltage is at around 3.8~. Should i be charging them earlier? or can i continue using them all the way down to what voltage?

Does it matter what watt i'm vaping at when my voltage hits a certain point?

Thanks

I use the LG HG2s in my Pico.

They last a day and a half at around 8 - 9 watts on a 1.3 -1.8 coil.
I don't get that much time but I'm up at 40-50w, I change batteries usually midday and late evening. I've been trying to decide between a few options for a set of new batts, HG2s were on the list so maybe that's what I'll try next. I have Samsung 25Rs right now. So many darn choices.

3.8V is just fine. You don't need to recharge any earlier than that and if you feel like running the batts a bit longer that's OK IMO.

I don't know of any current mods that don't measure voltage under load (when you're vaping) and stop working when battery voltage in use goes too low. You've got a dual battery 200 watt mod and if you're vaping at 200 watts the battery voltage drop will be huge. That means the batteries will read a lot higher when you put them in the charger than if you were vaping at say 20 watts when the mod shuts you down.

Hope that helps :)

Running them till the mod cuts off (or says something like 'weak battery'), is fine, but also discharging them around half way will help extend battery life.

Not in my exprience, higher watts will just mean you hit 'weak battery', sooner.
