I couldn’t find this when I was looking for it, so I decided to make a list of the actual sizes of some common batteries in inches.

16340/CR123 880mAH 3.7v = .63” x 1.42”
16340/ RCR123A 880mAH 3.0v = Same as above
15270/ CR2 600mAH 3.0v = .59” x 1.14”
10440 350mAH 3.7v = .39” x 1.73”
14250 350mAH 3.7v = .55” x 1.06”
14430 800mAH 3.7v = .55”x 1.77”
14500 900mAH 3.7v = .55” x 2.07”
14650 1300mAH 3.7v= .55” x 2.64”
18500 1600mAH 3.7v = .71” x 1.97”
18500 Flat Top = .71” x 2.01”
18350 1200mAH 3.7v = .71” x 1.46”
18650 2400(or 3000)mAH 3.7v = .71” x 2.68”

If I missed any feel free to add in. These sizes were all converted from mm of the sizes given on the madvapes site.

Nice list.

The numbers of these are actually the size in MM. If your looking at a battery thats not on the list like say a 26650 the first 26= 26mm diameter the second set 65= 65mm length the last number 0 just means cylinder type battery.

Well slap my face and call me stupid.....

I thought they were just part numbers...

THAT is a good piece of info. Metric, for me, is easier because I don't have to deal with converting fractions

I guess i should have said thats the size of the cell before it is capped and wrapped or protected capped and wrapped. So just like the battery companies mah ratings they are not 100% correct. so in real life they are going to be a little bit bigger on the diameter and up to 3 mm longer depending on how thick the caps and/or protection circuit are.
Didnt mean to jack the thread or anything just posted info i thought was inline with the topic that peeps might find helpful.

We don't have any trouble remembering things like 7.62 by 39

That ones easy for me i have 700 + rounds sitting about 5 feet away. Which reminds me i should give my SKS a nice rub down today in some high grade oil.
