LI-Ion battery whining in charger

I recently picked up a box mod with 4 trustfire 14500s. The first two charged fine, but one of the next set causes the charger to make a buzzing/whining noise. All the batteries caused the noise, but with this particular unit, it is incredibly loud.

What do?

Edit: it is not smelling funny, overheating, or anything else.

That's normal(from what I know). My double cell charger has made a very low whining sound as long as I remember. Nothing burned up or caught a flame. I also charge 14500s.

What charger is it? I had that problem with the Trustfire TR-001 charger. It nearly set every dog in the neighborhood howling because of how loud the whine was. I returned it and got a replacement. This one is just barely audible.

I also use 14500 batteries and I have also had the same whining noise for as long as I can remember. I was cautious at first but it's been months and haven't had any problems.

Don't worry about it. I have a much, much better charger than a Trustfire and it whines sometimes too. You might want to make sure you have a firm connection. Sometimes that affects the whine.

Yeah now i'm getting it with other batteries too. I went ahead and just let it sit for a while on the charger, and the whine slowly dissipates. My eskie quit howling along with it too...

It is a tr-001. I can live with the whine, I just didn't want the house to catch fire.
