Li Ion covers many different types of battery chemistry.
LiMn is one chemistry of Li ion often used in high current cells.

What exact cells are you asking about?
Any on Mooch's recommended battery chart are fine to use.
Define 'mod', regulated, mechanical, single or multi cell.
CDR requirements?

The only 18490 I would use is an AW 18490 1200mah 15c / 18a CDR, but I wouldn't push them to 18a, I stay under 12a at all times using them.
I have no idea if they'd be sufficient for your use considering you gave no information & refuse to answer questions that would help with suitability / selection.

I buy all my cells here ---> AW Batteries

Are Li-Mn batteries ok to use in a mod ?

Yes, they are a particular chemistry of standard 4.20V Li-Ion batteries. We don't use many of them anymore though as their performance is, typically, quite limited versus the other chemistries. They are a slightly safer chemistry though.
