Recently thought my order had got lost in the post. After about 10 days I contacted LF and they sent me this very nice email asking me to check with my Post Office and leave it until 14 days from date of shipping. They then told me that if it didn't arrive they would post me out all my stuff again.
I was very happy with their reply and I shall remain a loyal customer.
As it turned out shortly after I'd sent my email to LF my wife walked in with the parcel in her hand. Apparently our Post Man in his infinite wisdom had not been able to fit in the post box so had popped it through the open window of our spare bedroom!! Where it had lay on the floor for nearly a week!!
