Quick Props for Liberty Flights (US)
Thanks to ECF for the link to these guys....
Fast shipping, at fair cost (so rare these days)
And super customer service.... I was shocked today when I saw that they had a telephone number (888 - toll free) There was a very minor issue with my latest order (previous 2 were perfect)
Anyrate... I called, talked to a LF rep... and he fixed the problem ON THE SPOT...
No monkeying around... No help-ticket... No fuss.... I held on the phone for no more than 10 seconds while he checked stock... and problem solved....
I know these guys must be busy as all heck being as they are... And I completely do not fault them for such a minor error... We are after all human, and mistakes happen.... What shines through here, is that Liberty Flights treats their customers like-wise.... Human, and not just a number!!!
Already, the shopping experience has been AWSOME with LF, due to their (again, RARE) fair shipping cost.. So I have no hesitation in making small test/impulse orders.... And this experience just reinforces that already A+ standing in my book...
