Recently bought one of these as I wanted a decent passthrough. They are made in the UK in small batches by UK modder Garry Dibley and sold through Liberty Flights. They are fairly obviously made from a car lighter adapter which has been modified.
The small red manual button has a nice action and it feels like a good quality switch which should last. The atty connector is a standard Joye 510 one which you'd find on any 510 battery. Airflow is exactly the same as a regular 510 battery. The wiring on it is approx 2m/6ft long and quite thick, similar to Cat5 network cable. They recommend using it with a minimum of a USB port capable of delivering 1000mA, I would recommend using it with a 2A/10w AC-USB adapter for full performance.
Its backed by a 12 month warranty.
Pros
It just works
Low cost
Made to a high standard and built to last
Heavy gauge wiring
No cutoff
Great vapour as could be expected from a true 5v device
Cons
It's not pretty!
Button may not be to everyone's taste
Heavy gauge wiring
Conclusion
Best £16 I've spent
