ok so not only are their prices great, but their sales are even better. with october's 20% discount on stuff, there was so much i just couldnt pass up. $2.99 flat shipping rate is killer too! but thats the obvious stuff. the behind the scenes stuff is really what counts with me. communication...
when the riva 510's came back in, i was quick to jump on the 20% discount and use my credits to knock off a couple bucks more. but i was so excited that i forgot to order what else i needed. i PM'd Abe here and he got back to me with a quickness. even before i payal'd the rest of the money to him (including the 20% still and no extra shipping to combine it to my recent order) he got back to me stating that it was already included in my order, gave me a new order number, and didnt even have my money yet! needless to say i sent the money ASAP. i havent even gotten my stuff yet from the order i made before (ordered it two days ago so it should be here today) and im already a happy camper because of the service ive received from LF.
