Ordered a Riva kit and promptly received it 3 or 4 days later. I live in the boonies so this is great turn-around time.
I had a problem with one of the batteries and my issue was quickly taken care of. A replcement went out the same day that I sent the request and I could not be happier with the service and spped of delivery.
Same for a subsequent order of cartos. Fast delivery from the west coast to the southeast.
