Liberty Flights RY4?

Has anyone ordered the 24mg ry4 from liberty flights? I heard ry4 tastes different depending on from where you buy it. Does the one from LF have that caramel and vanilla taste?

I ordered it there one time. I got the 24mg and to be honest, it tasted like pepper to me. ??? Not sure why that is...it may taste totally different to someone else.
