Guys, I am pretty sure even if Abe from LF were to look at this post, he would probably be restricted to post in this forum. I'd suggest posting this in the Liberty Flights subforum which can be found here: Liberty Flights

They may be able to address your concerns there..

The sale has caused a back-log I am sure, but LF has been stellar in their follow-up and customer service, and I speak to this from experience.

I wonder if a mod could move this post over to the appropriate sub-forum.

Since this is the only sub forum I can post in as of now, I couldn't ask it anywhere else. Three more posts and I'd ask somewhere else. If I'm doing it wrong, sorry, I'm still learning the ropes here.

Nothing wrong in what you are doing, Juntas. I think what it sometimes boils down to is a level of excitement fueled by our anticipation/obsession to get things going a.s.a.p. when it should be a matter of managing expectations.

In a normal world, most vendors are able to turn an order around in a day or two, and have them shipped out. When they have a large sale, be it hardware or juices, it is not uncommon for them to take 4 or 5 or even more days to fulfill an order. As long as your order was accepted into the system, you should have nothing to worry about. Fill it and forget it.

Counting down the hours and stalking the mailman once your order ships, just makes the wait that much worse. :)

I usually get my orders in just few days...and I live in Hawaii. Usually mail comes by slow canoe here, so I'm always amazed by their fast delivery. But my last order, placed during the sale is taking longer. Yep, between the sale and their relatively new appearance here at the forum, I think they just got overwhelmed. But I'm sure it will get back to normal soon. You won't be sorry that you ordered from them, great customer service, products, and prices.

I ordered hardware on the 24th, This is the second time I've ordered from them, First time came so quick it wasn't even funny. When I was reading the supplier board,I decided to check on my order as it had not shipped. While there I noticed they were online and decided to chat with them. Found all the info I needed and they were happy to answer all questions. They have great customer service. For once I am not in a hurry to have the order and he told me it will ship today.

Great customer service
