So, I orderd some things from Liberty Flights and i am getting a little nervous. I placed the order yesterday, and now its nearing the end of the buisness day and according to the website it hasnt even been packed to ship yet. The order was only three items so its not like it was a big order or anything. I might just be being picky, but i have never had a company that i have ordered stuff online from not ship out my order the next buisness day and just want to make sure im not getting screwed. anybody know if this is a reliable company to order things from?

you won't get screwed, you'll get your stuff. However it might take a few more days than you are used to. When i ordered they used a huge sale as an excuse why it took so long.

The part that ...... me off was people that ordered days after me had their orders shipped before mine.

Never will they get another penny from me.

wow. that seems odd, since i made an order last thursday, and i received it last friday. yep, next day. never had them take more than 3 days to ship to me.

just give it a little bit. they may have already sent it out, just not updated the tracking system. sometimes even the post office works a bit slow.

One of the things i ordered was an ego that was on sale. I hope it doesnt take too long because of this "Huge Sale" because i quit analogs cold turkey thinking "oh i can wiat like 3 days." How long did you end up having to wait?

i just ordered from them on friday and got my pkg today. this was my 4 or 5th order from them and never once had any issue. they ship priority so if you ordered yesterday it woulnt even ship til today or tomorrow anyway because of the weekend. Of all the vendors i have ordered from, LF is THE best hands down.

They have great prices and some good juice. I would order again ...no problem.

I see, that kinda sucks. But if it happened to me I would still order from them. They have great stuff.
I am used to waiting.... I order from China a lot so sometimes I forget what I order before it ever shows up.
I guess I have bigger things going on in life to get upset about something like that.

You quit cigs cold turkey BEFORE you received your e-cig?

You are one tough person. Remember, cigarettes are legal. Some people smoke cigarettes while they are getting used to vaping. Some people stop cigarettes the day they start vaping and some don't. There is no crime in using a cigarette and vaping.

Have you picked up any nicotine gum from the pharmacy? Maybe that will help get you through until your e-cig arrives.

They really seem to push the envelope on the 48 hour shipping...never have I seen same day shipping from them, but I always buy during their sales events and I am sure that is when they are busiest

They have fantastic prices and the last one I ordered on a Tuesday arrived on a friday ...it was an ego with some cartomizers and a drip tip.

Weird, every time I've ordered from them it's always shipped out the same day. I like LF, they have really good 4081 atties, they can withstand 6v really well

Thanks for your concern!see the problem boils down to money. I had some bills to pay this month so most of my money that would buy things like cigs went to the e cigarette lol! They don't have anything I need that other vendors don't carry at the same price or cheaper and i will get my stuff within 3 days. They made it clear they don't need my money, so they won't get it.

I have ordered 2 ego kits from LF and they have the best warranty in the business and very fast turnaround. OH, may I add that they sell awesome kits for less money than you can find anywhere else in the States. I ordered 3 spare ego batts on Saturday night, and just received word that the order has shipped. They ship out of San Diego, so dont expect an overnight delivery unless you live there.

Oh, WJTate, I understand the money issue. Been there. Done that. And will probably have to deal with it again some day.

I've ordered three times from Liberty Flights and will order again. First order shipped the next day. Couldn't have possibly shipped any sooner considering I'd ordered at 11 pm at night Second order did take 3 days to ship. Still really good IMHO since I ordered in the middle of their huge sale where they did get swamped. I knew they where swamped when I ordered and didn't expect they to ship as quickly as first order. Third order shipped again the next day. On my first order Fedex ground managed to loose my order, no fault of LF. I just got caught as being one their last orders to ship Fedex ground before they switched to shipping USPS. Second and third orders USPS delivered my orders 2 days after they had shipped. I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service.
