Check your "junk email' folder for email. There was a slight problem with my order when I used LF. It turns out that they were waiting for a response from me (I had order black mega cartos and they were out of stock. They only had the white. They decided not to wait and sent them anyway.) If there is a problem with a fairly large order, they might not do that. I think that the "spam" email said that it was from "Ty".

So, I orderd some things from Liberty Flights and i am getting a little nervous. I placed the order yesterday, and now its nearing the end of the buisness day and according to the website it hasnt even been packed to ship yet. The order was only three items so its not like it was a big order or anything. I might just be being picky, but i have never had a company that i have ordered stuff online from not ship out my order the next buisness day and just want to make sure im not getting screwed. anybody know if this is a reliable company to order things from?

Yeah, they've got a massive sale going on, right now. They're a great company, so don't worry about that. You can email Abe or Ty over there and they'll set you right up.

I think they made a mistake, it happens all the time in business.
But hey, it sounds like they probably don't need you as a customer either. So it worked out for both of you.

Actually it's really a pm I received from Abe. I pm'd him about my order, and his response was basically maybe you are better off using another vendor. That's clearly not verbatim, but I don't have the pm anymore. So I don't like Abe and believe he doesn't care about his customers.

He is very very lucky to have I'm your salt as an associate. That dude is aces in my book.

I understand things happen and I'm very forgiving for first time offenses, but Abe twisted me the wrong way.
This is the first time I've ever mentioned this on the forum and probably the last. I just wanted to assure OP he would get his order.. Only because of I'm your salt.

Abe is worthless.

I admittedly don't know Abe all that well, since he's in the UK, so I've dealt with I'mYourSalt - he's great, I agree! But it's kind of harsh saying Abe is "worthless", don't you think? I don't get the feeling he doesn't care about his customers. Again, I don't have the experience with him that I do with Ty (ImYourSalt), but I'm always one to give the benefit of the doubt.

But, back to the OP, again, don't worry. Your order is in good hands. You'll get it. They really do have the best prices, and are slammed with orders when the sales go on, so there will be a bit of a delay, no doubt. It's not an "excuse".

I'll chime in with the other supporters here and say they are definitely most reliable to me! Definitely check out their forum here on ECF - you'll see they are quite active participating in discussions with us customers, listening to us, feedback. Don't let one person's negative experience lead you to expect a bad experience too. Not everyone gets along with everyone, sometimes personalities, moods and interpretations of the written word can definitely cause unhappiness. Remember, you catch more flies with... well, whatever that saying is!

They are nearing the end of the eGo sale, perhaps - but they finally got some more Riva kits in stock and it's another ordering frenzy all around ;o) $29.99 for a full 2pc kit? $2.99 shipping?

You bet they'll continue to get my business! I have yet to have it take over 5 days (counting weekends) to receive an order - San Diego to East Tennessee, not bad on both LFs and USPS's parts!

Two of the (highly praised) juice vendors I'd ordered from, I'd had take almost two full weeks to receive! I think I received 3 orders from LF while awaiting those two juice orders. ;) Huge sales definitely affect these SMALL companies (with only so many hands to package orders), and I'd just assume wait an extra day or two rather than pay more for something!

Hope your order shipped (whether or not you see a tracking number yet) and you get your stuff quickly! Cross your fingers for USPS to not be bogged down due to holiday mailings!

As many have mentioned, this number may grown during a large sale. Currently, the sales have not affected the processing times, and we are still shipping within 24-48 hrs.

I am sorry to hear that Bert. I wish things had worked out better for you.

However, I can not agree with you on that last point...

No worries here... They had the lowest priced eGo's I've seen and I've enjoyed mine. Shipping was ok and that was during the sale a few weeks ago. I had some trouble with the RN 4075 attys and they replaced the ones I asked them to and those came quick.

Some people seem to jump all over vendors for small stuff.... Maybe there was a delay or other orders were shipped first because of stocking issues or location of products or internal back-order. Or maybe some human being made a mistake!

I have no patience for poor service but if there's an issue you have to give people the benefit of any doubt and give them a chance to explain or make it right. Most places will go out of their way to keep you happy but you have to be reasonable too. If a vendor suggest you shop elsewhere, you've clearly been a PITA because vendors know they survive on customer service. LF was responsive to me w/o issues.

I've only had great luck with the PV vendors I've dealt with wherever their location. Maybe some consumers have been spoiled by exceptional service and are upset when they get only normal service or if they're the 1 in 100 that some human screwed up on.

Well i gueass usps dropped the ball on this one. My ego kit got here today and i had checked last night and it still said it hadnt shipped. Fantastic product and the juices i ordered taste great. Thanks Liberty Flights!!!!

Grats on pickin' juices that are enjoyable too! That's always a good thing! Did you mention which ones/types you chose? I'm building quite the collection myself - from everywhere. Ask me any given day, other than my LF Red Energy and GV Horchata - I couldn't tell ya anymore which vendor each flavor is from (sometimes, I'm even combining them cross-vendor)...

Yup! three days. Verry fast! I got the pepper cola and menthol blend. Have you ever come across a mountian dew flavor? I frickin love mountian dew.
