So I've had experience with two e-cig companies this year and let me tell you. Liberty-Flights is RIDICULOUS!! I had to wait almost a week for my order with blu. With LF, however, I received my order in 3 days. I didn't even know it had arrived until my dad told me he had sent me a package. I mean WOW 3 days. Now onto the product quality, Nice packaging and so forth. I thought i had a problem with one of the batteries but i called LF and they helped me figure out what i did wrong. I turned off the battery and thought that meant it had to charge lol. Anyways. EVERYTHING works great and awesome service and quick shipping. Thanks LF for saving me from blu!!! You have earned yourself a repeat customer.

I have been interacting with them as well. Thought I had gotten a batch of attys that I ordered that were all wrong. After working through with great email communication via email, discovered I was an idiot and order XL rather that Ego-T. My mistake. I went ahead and ordered a second starter kit to have not only 2 attys but also 2 more batteries (Ego-T type B 900 mAh batterys) and they are throwing in some XL cartridges so I can use the ones I wrongly ordered.

I have not had a bad interaction with them. product has been good, customer service OUTSTANDING

i started with them when i got my EGO,,these guys don't mess around when you place an order !! it has always been out the door in less then 24hours !!!!
